A new villain has been hypnotizing and kidnapping pretty girls throughout the city, and Supergirl has come to stop him. But Supergirl doesn't realize that his superpower allows him to absorb other heroes' powers. Supergirl's super strength is quickly transferred to him as she approaches, and he knocks her unconscious with a blow to the head. She eventually wakes up groggy, weak, and unable to fight back, and is hypnotized by a pocket watch. Supergirl is extremely weak to hypnosis and is completely under his control. She obeys his every command, answering "yes master" when told to do something, and her pretty feet now belong to him. She is made to remove her boots and hose, and display her legs and bare feet for her master. Her mind and her feet are completely in his power.
